The Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) hosts its annual Film Festival, where renowned scientists and experts introduce and lead discussions for a range of educational documentaries and fictional film screenings related to each year’s WEP theme.

The Film Festival is a signature event that brings the audience the opportunity to discuss and reflect on different scientific, technological, and cultural topics with our international and in-Kingdom speakers and guests. 

WEP puts on festival-style events designed to enrich and inspire participants through activities such as this film festival, lectures, or workshops not typically found in academic programs. Every year, the Enrichment Office and the KAUST community makes a selection of films for this event. WEP 2021 'Connectivity' will be held on January 10-21, 2021. Stay tuned!
