Abdulrahman Mohammed is an experimental and improvisational jazzy and alternative rock style Singer, independent artist, his passion and love is to enjoy making music and songs through experimental, improvisational, alternative rock, light jazz, folk, acoustic, light experimental Turkish music styles.
The career of Abdulrahman Mohammed began when he qualified to the 10 finalists singing competition TV show on MBC Arabic known TV channel in 1999.
In 2012, Abdulrahman released YouTube single “Yamn Hawah” an Arabic heritage poem combined with western semi alternative rock music arraignment and composition collaboration song project with his friends, a creative talented independent rock band, namely: (Breaking The Boundaries)

The success of his music made him one of the most important independent experimental Arabic names on YouTube with 450,000 subscribers and over 100,000,000 views on his YouTube channel from 2008 – 2016.
Abdulrahman has around 15 video songs projects on his YouTube channel, which he represent as his life music journey album which he named: (The Dream That Never Dies) all the songs video filmed and registered in ITunes and other music digital stores by the Name of Abdulrahman Mohammed.

She has gone beyond her hearing and speaking difficulties in dealing with people and has now become on the top list of best making and selling handcraft in Slysla.
Alan Lightman is an American physicist and writer. He has a PhD in physics from the California Institute of Technology. His scientific research has been in the areas of general relativity, radiation processes, and stellar dynamics. His literary essays and articles have appeared in the Atlantic, Granta, Harper’s, the New Yorker, the New York Review of Books, Salon, and many others.
His six novels include Einstein’s Dreams, which has been translated into 30 languages, and The Diagnosis, a finalist for the National Book Award. Lightman has served on the faculties of Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and was the first person at MIT to receive a joint faculty appointment in the sciences and the humanities.
Lightman is currently professor of the practice of the humanities at MIT. In 2005, he founded the Harpswell Foundation, whose mission is to empower a new generation of women leaders in Southeast Asia.

Alastair Humphreys is a British Adventurer, Author and Blogger. He spent over 4 years cycling round the world, a journey of 46,000 miles through 60 countries and 5 continents. More recently Alastair has walked across southern India, rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, run six marathons through the Sahara desert, completed a crossing of Iceland, busked through Spain and participated in an expedition in the Arctic, close to the magnetic North Pole. He has trekked 1000 miles across the Empty Quarter desert and 120 miles round the M25, the motorway outside London – one of his pioneering microadventures. He was named as one of National Geographic’s Adventurers of the year for 2012.
Professor Carlos M. Duarte holds the Tarek Ahmed JuffaliChair in Marine Biology with the Red Sea Research Center (RSRC) at KAUST. Duarte received his Ph.D. from McGill University, Canada, in 1987. His research focuses on understanding the effects of global change, including climate change as well as other global-scale impacts of human activity, in marine ecosystems, which he has studied across the world. Duarte has conducted over 15 polar expeditions in Antarctica and the Arctic.
Professor Keyes is the director of the Extreme Computing Research Center at KAUST. He earned a BSE in Aerospace and Mechanical Sciences from Princeton University in 1978 and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University in 1984. Prof Keyes works at the interface between parallel computing and the numerical analysis of partial differential equations. Before joining KAUST as a founding dean in 2009, he led DOE scalable solver software projects and taught at Columbia University and Yale.
Emmie Pollard was born in London, and lived in the Middle East for many years, including some time in Libya, Yemen and the UAE. She lived in Jeddah and Riyadh before moving to the Eastern Province.

Dr. Eric Fossum is a Professor at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth and Director of the School’s Ph.D. Innovation Program. He is a semiconductor device physicist and engineer specializing in image sensor He is best known for the invention of the CMOS image sensor now used in billions of cameras. He was inducted into the US National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2011 and is a member of the US National Academy of Engineering and a Charter Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. In 2017, it was announced he would receive the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, the highest global prize in engineering.
He received his B.S. in Physics and Engineering from Trinity College, Connecticut USA in 1979, his Ph.D. from Yale University in 1984 and became an EE faculty member at Columbia University. In 1990, he was recruited to the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory at Caltech where he managed JPL’s image sensor and focal-plane technology R&D and invented the CMOS image sensor. He then co-founded and led Photobit Corporation to commercialize the technology. Photobit was acquired by Micron in 2001. He later served as CEO of Siimpel Corporation to commercialize MEMS auto-focus actuators for camera phones. He worked with Samsung Electronics before joining Dartmouth in 2010. He has published over 290 technical papers and holds over 160 US patents. Dr. Fossum co-founded the International Image Sensor Society (IISS) and served as first President.

Dr. Laurent Lantieri is an innovator, and was the pioneer of breast reconstruction using DIEP flap in France. He also performed the first full-face transplantation.
Professor in Plastic Surgery at Assistance Publique Hopitaux de Paris and Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Georges Pompidou Hospital at Paris Descartes University, he did his medical school at Paris Descartes University, followed by his surgical residency. He then did a fellowship at Washington University.
He became a professor in 2002 and department head in 2003. His career has focused on many areas in plastic surgery, including management of neurofibromatosis and plexiform neurofibromas. More recently, he has been involved in facial and extremity allotransplantation, and his team is responsible for 7 of the 28 full-face transplants done to date worldwide. In 2012 he developed a unit in Paris to focus on autologous breast reconstruction, and they currently perform over 250 free flaps per year, and also now work on lymph node transfer and autologous fat grafting.
He has published over 100 peer reviewed book chapters, and received numerous awards, including the Legion d’Honneur in 2012 to recognize his contributions.
Mbongeni Buthelezi is an artist works and resides in Johannesburg, South Africa. He started painting with plastics in 1991 when he was still a young student at the African Institute of Art in Soweto.
He held many solo and group shows in many parts of the world including New York, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Cairo London and many more. He also took part in a string of prestigious art residencies: the world kicker Vermont Studio Artists Center, Art Omi, Sylt Foundation, Dusseldorf and more. He participated in many museums shows, Museum for African Art New York, Pretoria Museum, Durban Art Gallery, Johannesburg Art Gallery (Mid career retrospective exhibition), Red Location Museum and more.
He has a lot of work in both public and private collections from museums, galleries across the globe. He has done some big commissioned artworks for hotels and private houses the biggest being 35 m x 4m.

Professor Mike Bruton was born and educated in South Africa, where he obtained his PhD degree from Rhodes University.
He initially followed a career in marine biology but, over the past two decades, has focused on science center and museum design and development, including the Museum of Technology and Science in Islam at KAUST.
‘Mike Bruton Imagineering’ is a new chapter in Professor Bruton’s career where he plans to use all the knowledge he has gained over his extensive career to guide and provide services in the fields of authorship, science centre development, aquatic research management, Imagineering as well as to inspire with informative talks on science, technology and the environment.
Myraida Rivera, AIA is a licensed architect, civil engineer, project manager, and design consultant. Prior to co-founding d.heritage2tech she worked in pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, and product design projects. At KAUST, she co-founded its Makerspace (currently ProtoLab) and recently instructed KAUST’s first FabAcademy. Myraida received an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design and graduate degrees in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico and Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University.

Shaidah Almutairi is married and has five children. She came from a disadvantage family and she attended many professional hand craft courses through the center of Slysla of the Faisaliah charity in the manufacture of traditional dolls. She constantly develops herself until she has mastered the profession of making dolls.

Wendy Marcinkus Murphy, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Management at Babson College where she teaches organizational behavior for undergraduates and managing talent in the MBA program. Her research is at the intersection of careers, mentoring, and work-life issues, with particular attention to nontraditional developmental relationships and learning.
Murphy has published her work in a range of journals, such as Human Resource Management, Gender in Management, Journal of Management, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior, among others. Her book with Dr. Kathy Kram, Strategic Relationships at Work: Creating Your Circle of Mentors, Sponsors, and Peers for Success in Business and Life, bridges mentoring scholarship and practice. In 2014, she was recognized by Poets & Quants as one of the “40 Most Outstanding B-School Profs Under 40 in the World.”
