Description
WEP yoga will be a classic vinyasa class, including warm up, standing, strength, and balance postures, floor stretching and twisting, followed by a cool down and a short meditation period. This class is for all levels and open to students with no yoga experience.
Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat.
A second yoga session is available for registration on Saturday January, 19.
Melissa L. Manuel
Melissa is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor who specializes in developing and delivering yoga teacher training programs for new and experienced instructors. Along with teaching yoga, Melissa is also a gymnastics, fitness, and acrobatics instructor who has trained, performed, and taught worldwide with companies such as Ecole Nationale du Cirque in Montreal and Beijing International Arts School. With over 10 years in the health and fitness industry, Melissa aims to create a supportive and engaging environment that allows students to learn about movement for longevity and life-long health
