An interactive food show that displays an array of farming produce from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event aims to introduce and educate the audience through a series of food tasting of the local cuisine and regional crops. It will highlight the nutritional benefit and sustainability of food.

A passionate chef with a conscious awareness of holistic eating; specializing in wholesome seasonal cooking, modern middle eastern dishes and the unique pairing of ingredients. An educational background in both Psychology and Nutrition from The University of Glasgow, a Diploma in Fine French Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu; well known for “making healthy food delicious”.
