Description
Mindfulness is a fundamental skill
The concept of time in our everyday life mainly consists of being caught into the past or the future. Present sometimes is almost nonexistent or we rush it too quickly. According to a Harvard study, 47% of time is spent in mind wandering and 70% of leaders report regularly unable to be attentive in meetings. Mindfulness, being aware and open in the present, enables stability of mind and insight into how we are feeling, thinking and reacting and as a result, leading to better judgment and emotional balance, especially in difficult situations.
About this 2-day workshop
