Description
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the way that humans interact with their surroundings.
Scenarios that were previously in the realm of science fiction are all of a sudden becoming reality, with users communicating with their home appliances via voice, customer service centers are handling large volumes of incoming messages via automated bots, and people are communicating with robots in a human-like manner.
This lecture will give an overview of the basics of conversational AI and its applications; from chatbots over intelligent assistants to novel concepts such as voice-powered augmented reality and robotics. Attendees will learn more about the concepts behind this marvelous new technology and how it will change the world we live in.
