Agenda:
- Introduction to Data Acquisition
- Capture Data from a Sensor using DAQ
- Integrate Analysis into your application
- Write data to File
- Multichannel Reading in LabVIEW
LabVIEW is a comprehensive development environment that contains all the tools engineers and scientists need to design and deploy measurement and control systems.
In this workshop, explore the fundamentals of graphical system design and discover how LabVIEW can benefit your applications by providing diverse real-world measurements; signal processing and analysis; advanced control; and the possibility to be exposed to desktop, embedded, and industrial deployment.
* Register for Lab View Workshop 1 on the 16th or register to Lab View Workshop 2 on the 17th of January.
The 2 LabView workshops will be hosted by Electronics Workshop (under Core Labs:Workshops) in collaboration with National Instruments. The Instructor will be: “Michel Nassar”, Senior Technical Advisor, National Instrument.
Michel Nassar
Michel Nassar holds a degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in Mechatronics from the American University of Beirut. He gained practical field hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry as an engineer trainee at Schlumberger. He also developed research expertise as a research assistant in University of Wisconsin Madison. In July 2011, Michel Nassar joined National Instruments as a Technical Sales Engineer and later moved to the Applications Engineering department which provides technical support and services for the Middle East and North Africa. Throughout his career, Michel worked on basic to advanced projects with key clients from different sectors of the industry, specialized in research, education, and product development.
