How to build a winning Resume /Cover Letter The main objective of this workshop is to increase audience understanding and awareness of how resume and cover letter are used in the job search process. In addition, what are your unique skills and how do you target them for employers. How to build a cover letter that concisely, yet persuasively conveys their specific reasons for contacting each employer. A cover letter thoughtfully composed, well-written that can make a significant impact on a hiring manager to move your resume from the stack of many to the stack of a few. Learn how to compose a resume that reflects your greatest strengths and talents and being tailored for each specific job opening. A legal Resume/CV is a unique document, and there are several “rules” of construction which employers expect to see. You will decide what to include in your Resume/CV, What are the most Important sections in your Resume/CV.
